end to cash or factual control?
It is a subject that is very present and every minute, who would have thought 30 or 40 years ago that, in the not too distant future, they would stop using the coins and tickets for day-to-day shopping ?.
In a globalized world, the use of credit cards and app(s) is a form of security in the face of skepticism about the management of sovereign currencies and the growing enthusiasm in alternative forms of payment, and greater control of the cost of using currencies physical
But what else is behind this? For example, in the United States, 90% of banknotes in circulation have detectable cocaine residues, we usually associate drug trafficking with the use of weapons and the handling of a large amount of money, the latter being in total cash, which it allows them to carry out transactions outside the financial system, without being easily tracked by the authorities.
But not only that, cash serves, for example, so that corruption occurs in different areas, a known case is when you want to offer a bribe to a police officer so that he does not infringe.
This kind of facts without cash could not happen, what do I mean by this? It is another measure of control on the part of the financial system and / or the state to keep us "guarded", and it would not seem strange, if the state is capable of much worse things.
Although for some people they like the idea of not having to pay with paper but what about the elderly people, who do not have access to the app(s), those who do not even have a debit card, it is undoubtedly for them and for other factors that cash continues to work, Do not you believe it?
Beyond leaving the papers to pay, is how technology has influenced the new forms of control that the financial system or the state can have on us through credit cards, mobile application, etc. However, another question is, does Chile's existing trade have the proper system to pay through this medium? Is there a lack of national coverage for us to put aside cash? What do you think?

My cousin: he is my model to follow
When I was about 8 years old, I began to admire a cousin who thought he was very good, both because of the way he dressed and the things he did. To tell you a bit, my cousin gradually rose up in the Bata chain of stores, did not want to study a career as soon as he finished school and looked for a normal job, but astute enough to be promoted for his qualities and be frank with the bosses to the point of ignoring them when the bosses raised their tone of voice. These qualities, among others, made the superiors see him as a kind of "leader" and nowadays he is the head and representative of the Weinbrenner brand in Chile. Of course, as he was promoted, he had to study to have the necessary knowledge.
His personality is clear, he is one of those people who are honest and who is always doing something, always looking for new challenges, he has a strong personality when he has to challenge someone, but it is still impossible to hate him. It was my main reference to "win" and I wanted to be like him.
I adopted or tried to adopt certain qualities, such as having the initiative in groups and doing things, being something like a leader, (but a good leader, haha) never forces things, if we do not do them correctly.
I think it would maintain some qualities that it has and that are an example. But also those qualities to adopt my person, because we are all different and each one has something special in his person.

Urbanism
It is still difficult to me decide what my
"definitive" area will be. But taking into account the past
publication, I would like to do a postgraduate course in urban planning, it is
the area that until now I am more interested in, since urbanism is an area that
also relates to architecture, it involves the social factor, how people
inhabits spaces, how people inhabits the
city and there are a series of phenomena that occur with people, which are
important when deciding important changes in cities, we can not ignore people
as inhabitants and users of the city.
It is also urbanism a powerful tool when intervening
territories that have some important social problem, I give the example of
Medellin, Colombia, until a few years ago, was considered the city of drug
trafficking and the most dangerous in the world, with deaths all the days
because of the drug business. It was really difficult to reverse this
situation, but urbanism took the challenge and through tactical urbanism and social urbanism could
reverse this bad condition that the city had. These measures aimed at making
people feel proud of their city, aiming for the best possible architecture of
the new buildings, creating a network that reached all the poorest territories
of the city and not concentrating them in a center. Well this is 10% of
everything they did.
I put them as an example, so that they would see that social
factors of a territory must be taken to confront and reverse certain problems,
something can not be done without the participation of citizens, because it is
they who will inhabit this improvement.

MTB & Architecture
Well, obviously I see myself working in the area of architecture, but more towards sports, more related to the sport I practice. Is that these last two years, the creation of bike parks in Chile has been increasing, to explain myself better, the bike parks are fenced in hills, which create circuits for mountain biking of all levels and is a job in the that techniques are applied that are good. Developed and studied from the point of view of engineering, do not think that it is only about molding the land and creating jumps; Within this development, intelligent water drainage systems have been created in areas of the tracks where water accumulates much more. It has been studied the dimensions of the jumps, curves, turning radius in curve and a host of factors that even already appear in books. It is an area that remains to be discovered and is that fascinating things can be done with the land.
Some will ask and that has to do with architecture, well, the area that I like about architecture is urbanism and landscaping and a field where I can apply at least the landscaping would be the creation of tracks for bicycles, but with a different approach, perhaps not only creating circuits, but making real parks around the circuits that begin to include other variants, because so far the bike parks have only focused on making a certain amount of tracks, but that is not the case It happens with your environment. That's why I say there's a lot to do. But clearly it is not that I become a millionaire with this, but I would like to develop it.
